Missing Woman Located

Victoria, BC- Officers are thanking the public and partner agencies for their help in locating missing woman Leticia Byrch. 

Leticia was the subject of a missing person notification earlier today. She was located by a partner agency who are with her now. Thank you to everyone who shared her photo, took a look around their neighbourhood or kept an eye out for her.
