Victoria, BC – Picking a Halloween costume can be tricky.

We’re hoping to encourage all girls and boys in Victoria and Esquimalt who haven’t already picked out a costume to consider dressing up as something that strikes fear in the heart of evildoers everywhere and helps keep people safe under darkening skies – a high visibility VicPD police officer.

For the second year in a row, we’re holding a contest for the best dressed #BeSeenHalloween costumed police officer. We were so impressed with last year’s entries that we’re hosting this contest again! The top 3 winners will be invited to VicPD’s main headquarters on Halloween day for a spooky trick-or-treat tour with Chief Manak and a photoshoot with a Patrol Charger and Traffic motorcycle.
