UPDATE | Owner of Mobility Scooter, Clothing Located On Dallas Road Beach, Located Deceased

Victoria, BC –  Officers have identified and located the owner of a mobility scooter and clothing that was the subject of a Community Update on Saturday. Unfortunately, they are deceased.

The person’s remains were located in the 3100-block of Rutland Avenue in Oak Bay earlier today.

The person’s death is considered non-suspicious at this time.

Officers have notified the person’s family and have offered our condolences for their loss.
