Victoria, BC –Wanted Person Milad Herbert was arrested on Saturday in Surrey, BC.
Milad was the subject of a Canada-wide warrant for suspension of his statutory release after walking away from a Community Residential Facility (CRF) in Victoria.
A VicPD wanted person alert was issued for Milad on September 26.
