Victoria, B.C. – On January 15, 2026, at approximately 2:05 a.m., a man in his 60s wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans was found in the middle of the roadway in the 1700 block of Bay Street. He was transported to a hospital.
Anyone who may have witnessed this man on the morning of January 15th, or who has video surveillance from the area at that time, is asked to contact to contact the E-Comm non-emergency line at 250-995-7654 ext. 1, and reference file number 26-2123. Any information regarding the man around the time he was found may be helpful to investigators.
