VicPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing man Andrew Chapman.
Andrew, a 29-year-old Victoria man, was reported missing to VicPD yesterday. Since that time officers have been looking for him, and are hoping that the public can help in locating him. Andrew is described as a Caucasian man standing five feet, eleven inches tall and weighing approximately 145 pounds. He has brown hair, and hazel eyes. Andrew has several tattoos including a tear drop on his left cheek, full sleeves and wings on his neck.
