Victoria BC – Investigators are asking for your help locating a man who stole a parcel from a door step.
On December 6th 2017, a parcel was taken from a doorstep in Vic West. The parcel contained an item worth over $300. A copy of the video can be located here: https://youtu.be/ooj8X-XeyCE.
