Victoria, BC – VicPD investigators are seeking additional victims after arresting a 65-year-old Victoria man for a sexual assault that took place in July of 2017.
The sexual assault allegedly occurred in a business operating by the name “James Bay Massage” or, prior to this, the business was called “Ancient Medicine.” The victim attended the business, which is located in the 300-block of Kingston Street and was allegedly sexually assaulted in the course of their treatment.
Investigators believe that the practitioner, John Heintzelman, might have other victims as he has been working alone in his practice for several years.
