Victoria BC – Today marks the 26th anniversary of Michael Dunahee’s disappearance.

4-year-old Michael Dunahee went missing from Blanshard Elementary School on March 24th, 1991.  Michael was last seen around 12:30 p.m. in the area of the school playground.

Michael’s disappearance spawned one of the largest police investigations in Canadian history. The case remains an active investigation today.

“We continue to receive tips through our dedicated tip line,” Missing Person Detective Cst. Chantal Ziegler said. “We still hope to receive the one tip we need to bring this investigation to a close.”
