Victoria, BC –  Officers are looking for witnesses and a suspect in a second bus stop sexual assault. While too early to confirm that this incident is related to a February 8th incident, police are asking people to be vigilant while at bus stops in the downtown area.

On February 11th, a woman attended VicPD to report a sexual assault that occurred on February 9th at 10:00 p.m. while at a bus stop in the 1700-block of Douglas Street.

The victim reported that unknown man approached her at a bus stop and sat next to her.  The two began a conversation and then just prior to the bus arriving, the man sexually assaulted the victim.  She did not require any medical attention.  A newer clean white truck was observed in the area and police believe the occupants might have seen the suspect.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, between twenty-five and thirty-five years of age standing approximately 6 feet tall. The suspect was wearing dark hoody pulled over his head exposing only his face. He has a big nose with a dark mole or mark on the right side of his face and had no facial hair.
