Victoria, BC – VicPD Patrol officers are continuing their investigation after a single vehicle collision last night.
VicPD officers attended Burnside Road and Douglas Street for the report of a vehicle colliding with a tree. When officers arrived, they located a truck which had lost a tire in the 600 block of Burnside Road East. For the safety of the driver, he was removed from the vehicle by police and treated by the Provincial Ambulance Service.
The man was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries and has since been released. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
