UPDATE: “Frankie” Farwell Located Safe

Victoria, BC – Francoise “Frankie” Farwell has been located by VicPD Missing Persons Unit investigators. She is safe.

Investigators worked with officers from other jurisdictions and members of the public for several months as part of our efforts to locate Frankie. Tips from members of the public alongside work from policing and other partners led to her being located and confirmed to be safe. Thank you for your help in locating her.
