Victoria, BC – Kurt Hiebert, who was the subject of a VicPD missing person’s alert, has been located. While Hiebert was also the subject of a Canada Wide Parole Revocation Warrant, our investigators were concerned about his safety and welfare. He has been located, is safe and is now also in custody.
