Victoria, BC – VicPD officers are looking to speak with the intended victim of an attack that saw one man chase another with a pair of scissors across a busy downtown intersection.
On Friday, January 9th, just before 7 p.m., officers responded to multiple reports that a man was chasing someone through a downtown intersection with a pair of scissors. Upon arrival, officers located a man who matched witnesses’ descriptions of the suspect and took him into custody. The intended victim of the chase departed before officers arrived. The suspect had been released on conditions pending charges.
