Victoria, BC – VicPD investigators have identified the deceased man found in the Inner Harbour and, after being in touch with his family, are releasing his name.
Scott Owen Smith, a 26-year-old Victoria man, was discovered in the Inner Harbour on Thursday, March 5th, 2015.
Investigators are hoping to speak with anyone who was with Smith on the night of Wednesday, March 4th or the morning of Thursday, March 5th. If you have any information, please call the VicPD non-emergency line at 250-995-7654, or report it anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
