Victoria, BC – VicPD investigators are recommending three charges against a man after he attempted to break into a residence.

 

On October 15th, a resident in the 1000-block of Foul Bay Road called police reporting that somebody was attempting to break into a residence. Police quickly attended and located a man fleeing from the area. The officer gave chase and was later joined by Police Service Dog Uno and his handler. PSD Uno was able to locate the man a short distance away.

 

The male was also found to be breaching two of his court ordered conditions.

 

Police are recommending charges of Break and Enter, and Breach of Recognizance against a 22-year-old Victoria man.
