Victoria, BC – Officers are recommending one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking after a man was arrested operating a marijuana vending cart.
On November 3rd, at approximately 11:44 p.m. officers were on patrol when their attention was drawn to a male operating a vending cart. The officers spoke with the man and quickly determined that he was selling marijuana. The man was subsequently arrested and released on a promise to appear. The 22-year-old Victoria man is scheduled to appear in court in December.
In total, over 150 grams of marijuana was seized.
