Victoria, BC – Investigators are asking for your help after a young man exposed himself to a teenage girl in an indecent act in a local park.
Around 3:30 p.m. on December 14th, 2016 officers were called to speak with the victim after she reported that a young man had exposed himself to her while she walking through the park at the intersection of Mount Stephen Avenue and Ryan Street. The victim, a young teenage girl, was not physically injured and fled the scene. She immediately sought a trusted adult who stayed with her while she called police.
The suspect is described as a slim Caucasian male youth, approximately 15 years-old with light brown hair. He was wearing a black, baggy hoodie sweatshirt and jeans and was riding a bicycle at the time of the incident.
Investigators were struck by the young victim’s actions in response to the incident. She stayed calm, left the scene to seek safety and immediately sought out and spoke with a trusted adult.
