Victoria, BC – Officers are continuing their investigation into a suspicious incident that occurred on March 2nd.
Officers were called to the 1200-block of Fort Street after a child reported that she was chased by a man on her way to school.
The man is described as being in his late 20’s or early 30’s standing 5 feet, 7 inches tall with a slender build. He has dark eyes with light coloured to no eyebrows. He was wearing a hooded sweater with no zip with white hood strings, blue jeans with frayed cuffs, and “DC” brand shoes that were black and grey in colour. The man appeared gaunt.
