Victoria, BC – Investigators are searching for a suspect after a stabbing in Esquimalt left a man with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers were called to the 1200-block of Esquimalt Road just after 10pm last night after citizens reported a man was slashed by another man. Esquimalt Division members were in the area and quickly located the victim who had non-life-threatening injuries. The victim was transported to hospital and released.
Witnesses in the area were able to provide a suspect description to the officers. We are now in the process of continuing the investigation and locating the suspect.
