Victoria, BC – Officers are asking for your assistance as we work to locate missing man Jacob Scott.
Jacob is described as a 23-year-old young Caucasian man standing 5’10” tall with a slim build. Jacob has blonde hair, and blonde facial hair, often in the form of stubble and a rough complexion. He also has several tattoos, including an “old-school” style nautical tattoo on his on his left forearm of a female sailor at a ship’s wheel and a banner that reads “steady as she goes”. A recent photograph of Jacob and a photograph of his tattoo are below.
Jacob was reported missing by his family on November 15th after not being heard from for several days. This is unusual for Jacob. He was seen in Saanich on October 19th.
