Victoria, BC – Two men remain in custody facing recommended drug trafficking charges after they were arrested with one quarter kilogram of fentanyl and one hundred grams of cocaine.

The two men were arrested enroute to Victoria after taking a ferry from the Lower Mainland. The two men, who have known gang affiliations, were taken into custody without incident as part of an investigation that lasted several weeks. Officers believe the fentanyl and cocaine were intended for Victoria’s downtown.
