Serious Collision Sends One to Hospital

Victoria BC – VicPD Traffic officers continue their investigation into a serious collision that occurred last night.

Just after 5:30 p.m. last night, officers were called to the intersection of Quadra and Bay streets after a vehicle collided with a gas-powered scooter. The driver was making a left hand turn onto Bay Street when the vehicle collided with the scooter that was travelling southbound on Quadra Street.

The scooter rider was transported to the hospital with life altering but non-life threatening injuries.
