Victoria, BC – In an effort to maintain operational readiness across the region, support our partners at E-Comm 9-1-1, reduce COVID-19 transmission risks, reduce hold times and streamline our services, we have substantially expanded our ability to take calls for service through online reporting.

Online reporting is only for incidents where you don’t have any suspect information. Suspect information includes video surveillance or photos.
