Victoria, BC – One man is outstanding after an assault with a weapon on Monday afternoon.
Shortly after 3 p.m. on Monday, June 1st, Patrol officers were called to the 900-block of Pandora Avenue for a report that one man was assaulting another man with a baseball bat. Patrol officers attended but the suspect had fled the area. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect in this file remains outstanding. However, investigators believe that the victim and the suspect were known to each other, and that this was an isolated incident. Investigators do not believe that there is a risk to public safety.
