Victoria, BC – Detectives with VicPD’s Major Crime Unit (MCU) are investigating a fatal vehicle fire in Beacon Hill Park this morning.
Shortly after 8 a.m. this morning Patrol officers were called to Beacon Hill Park where the Victoria Fire Department was on scene extinguishing a vehicle fire. One person has died.
MCU detectives and officers with VicPD’s Forensic Identification Services are on scene and are continuing the investigation.
