Victoria, BC – Officers are investigating after a suspicious fire early this morning which damaged a salon and restaurant in Victoria.
Shortly before 2 a.m. this morning Patrol officers were flagged down for a building fire in the 700-block of Fort Street. The Victoria Fire Department attended and extinguished the fire. A salon and nearby restaurant were damaged by the fire. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
VicPD’s Forensic Identification Services team attended the scene and continued the investigation. Victoria Fire Department fire investigators are also investigating the incident.
