Victoria, BC – Patrol officers have located high-risk missing man Gary Young, thanks in part to keen-eyed community members.
Several people who saw the high-risk missing alert saw Gary and called 911. A short time later, officers located Gary nearby just as he’d gotten himself to a safe place. He is safe and well.
