Victoria, BC – Patrol officers are thanking members of the public after high-risk missing woman Patricia “Kathy” Thomas was located safely due to a tip.

Kathy Thomas was the subject of a high-risk missing person alert yesterday. A member of the public saw her and called police. Officers attended, confirmed she is safe, and reunited her with her concerned family members.
