Victoria, BC – Yesterday, VicPD’s Community Resource Officers, working alongside investigators from our General Investigation Section (GIS), arrested Canada-wide wanted man, James Allin, after he was located in the Rock Bay area.
James Allin was the subject of two previous wanted person and public safety notification alerts on November 10, 2022 and November 23, 2022 after his statutory release was suspended. James Allin was serving a sentence from a conviction for a robbery with a firearm and was considered to be a risk to public safety.
