Victoria, BC – Investigators are asking for your assistance as we work to locate wanted man Franklin Cook. 

Franklin Cook is currently wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after failing to return to a Victoria community residential facility. 

Franklin Cook is 27 years old. He is described as an Indigenous man standing five feet, five inches tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair and often wears a moustache and goatee. A photograph of Franklin Cook is below.
