Suspect Sought In Suspicious Incident At Craft Fair

Victoria, BC – VicPD officers are sharing an image of a suspect from a suspicious incident and are asking for your help as we work to identify him. 

On Saturday, December 9, at approximately 11:00 a.m. Patrol officers received report of an incident at a craft fair in the 600-Block of Richmond Avenue. The suspect was last seen travelling southbound towards Fairfield Road on a black bicycle. 

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his late 20’s. He was wearing a surgical mask, black bicycle helmet, black jacket with white patches on the elbows, and dark jeans. An image of the suspect has been provided below.
