Victoria, BC – Investigators are looking for the driver and any additional witnesses from a hit and run in mid-November that sent a cyclist to hospital. 

At approximately 9:20 a.m. on November 16, 2023, a cyclist was struck by a vehicle near the intersection of Douglas Street and Alpha Street. The vehicle was described as a mini cooper car and was last seen travelling westbound in the 600-block of Alpha Street. The vehicle was captured on CCTV footage leaving the area. The cyclist was thrown from their bicycle during the collision and was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Investigators are looking to identify the driver and are asking anyone who witnessed this hit and run that has not already spoken with police to call the E-Comm Report Desk at (250) 995-7654 extension 1.
