Victoria, BC – Investigators are asking for your assistance as we work to locate wanted man Kenneth (Ken) Munroe.
Munroe is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after breaching conditions of his day parole. He was last seen yesterday morning in the downtown Victoria area.
Ken Munroe is 37 years old. He is five feet, 10 inches tall, with a medium build. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a dark blue rain jacket with a grey hoodie underneath, grey sweatpants, a black hat, black backpack, white sneakers, and is travelling on a black electric scooter.
