Victoria, B.C. – Investigators are looking to speak with witnesses or victims after a male was observed waving a sword and knife in a threatening manner in the 800-Block of Yates Street on the weekend. The suspect faces several charges.

Just after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, patrol officers received a report of a male who had a sword and a knife and was waving them towards people in a densely populated area in the downtown core.
