Victoria, B.C. – Investigators are seeking witnesses and video footage after a white, three-ton Isuzu work truck was stolen from Esquimalt Road on the morning of March 14.   

Just before 10:45 a.m. on Friday morning, VicPD received a report from a driver who was delivering bread that a man jumped into his unoccupied truck and drove away from the 800-block of Esquimalt Road. Officers located the work truck just before 11:10 a.m. in the 3300-block of Whittier Road in Saanich. Officers received reports that the driver of the stolen truck was driving erratically in the Gorge area. 

The vehicle involved is described as a white, three-ton Isuzu work truck. Police are looking for people who may have witnessed the incident or have video footage, including dashcam video or CCTV of the area around the time of the incident, to please call the E-Comm Report Desk at (250) 995-7654 and reference file number 25-8994. 

The investigation is ongoing.
