Victoria, B.C. – VicPD is investigating after many vehicles were found damaged across several blocks in the Fernwood area on the morning of May 24.
On May 24 around 7:15 a.m., a passerby called police after noticing 12 vehicles were badly damaged near the 1400-block of Begbie Street, close to Pandora Avenue. Most of the damage was to the passenger side mirrors.
Investigators later determined a total of 31 damaged vehicles appeared to be part of the same incident. The vehicles were in the 1400–1600 blocks of Begbie Street, the 1100–1600 blocks of Pandora Avenue, and the 1600–1700 blocks of Stanley Avenue.
There is no description of a suspect and no leads on who may have caused the damage.
