Victoria, B.C. - A female suspect was arrested in the 900-block of Johnson Street on June 26, as part of a successful drug trafficking investigation by VicPD’s Strike Force unit. Officers seized a kilogram of cocaine, a kilogram of methamphetamine, half a kilogram of fentanyl, and $7,500 in cash, along with a Ford Mustang EV.
Earlier last month, Strike Force initiated a drug trafficking investigation. Through covert surveillance and intelligence gathering, officers identified a female suspect involved in trafficking controlled substances throughout the Capital Regional District (CRD). On June 26, just before 1:30 p.m., officers executed a search warrant with assistance from the Greater Victoria Emergency Response Team (GVERT) and arrested the suspect at a residence in the 900-block of Johnson Street.
The investigation also led to the seizure of a Mustang EV, which was used in the commission of the offence and is now subject to civil forfeiture.

Significant Drug Seizure and Asset Forfeiture Demonstrates VicPD’s Commitment to Disrupting Drug Trafficking
“This seizure sends a clear message that we will continue to target drug trafficking, protect our communities, and hold offenders accountable,” said Deputy Chief Jamie McRae. “The significant quantity of drugs seized highlights the dangers of this illicit activity and demonstrates our Strike Force unit’s ongoing commitment to disrupting it.”
As the investigation is ongoing, no further details are available at this time.
