Cyclist Sought Following Disturbance With Horse-Drawn Carriage

Victoria, B.C. – VicPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a cyclist following a disturbance involving a horse-drawn carriage in the 300-block of Belleville Street. 

The incident occurred on July 14 at approximately 11:30 a.m. Patrol officers were notified of a disturbance involving a cyclist and a horse-drawn carriage travelling westbound on Belleville Street.

Anyone who witnessed this incident, or who can identify the cyclist, is asked to contact the E-Comm non-emergency line at 250-995-7654 ext. 1 and reference file number 25-26628.
