Victoria, BCThe Victoria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in relation to an ongoing mischief investigation stemming from an incident at a local synagogue. 

In the early morning hours of Saturday, August 2, 2025, VicPD officers responded to a report of graffiti at the Congregation Emanu-El Synagogue, in the 1400-block of Blanshard Street. Officers documented the graffiti and collected evidence. City of Victoria crews promptly removed the graffiti, and the file remains under active investigation. 

VicPD is now releasing an image of the suspect and asking for the public’s help to identify them. The image was captured between 5:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. on August 2nd.
