Victoria, B.C. – On January 7, 2026, just before 6:00 p.m., VicPD was contacted by BC Emergency Health Services regarding a pedestrian who had been struck at the intersection of Hillside Avenue and Quadra Street. The suspect vehicle fled the scene prior to police arrival.
VicPD officers responded within minutes of receiving the call. The female victim was transported to hospital by ambulance with serious injuries.
