Victoria, B.C. – VicPD officers located and arrested wanted person Hugh Garlow last night.
Garlow was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for failing to abide by the conditions of his release related to second degree murder, manslaughter, attempted murder, fraud, assault, and several other convictions.
