UPDATE | Missing Man Dwayne Mackay Located

Victoria, BC – Officers are thanking the public and media for their assistance in locating Dwayne Mackay.

Dwayne was the subject of a missing person notification earlier this morning. Officers have confirmed his well-being and we are no longer looking for him as a missing person.
