Victoria, BC –  Police are searching for the rightful owners of stolen property while recommending a total of 25 charges against three men after a loaded firearm, said property, and drugs were located during a traffic stop and resulting search warrant.

On October 25th, a VicPD K9 officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300-block of Gorge Road East. The officer noticed what he believed to be a firearm in the vehicle and subsequently, with the assistance from VicPD patrol officers, arrested all three occupants. Through the course of the investigation, officers also applied for a search warrant for a residence in the 300-block of Gorge Road East and with the assistance of the Crime Reduction Unit, seized additional drugs, including Gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid (GHB).  

In the course of the search investigating officers seized items believed to be stolen, including baseball and hockey sports playing cards and a large ring of keys. Investigators are now requesting the public’s assistance in locating the rightful owners of these items.
