Victoria, BC – Members of the media are invited to attend as Chief Frank Elsner and the VicPD Senior Command Team don pink to mark the Victoria Police Department’s support of the anti-bullying Pink Shirt Day.
Many VicPD officers and civilians have taken the anti-bullying pledge to signify our commitment as an organization to end bullying. Chief Elsner will be available to answer questions and speak to media about stopping bullying.
