Victoria, BC – VicPD Domestic Violence investigators Det. Sgt. Kerrilee Jones and Det. Cst. Lisa Forcier are hosting our first ever #DVchat on domestic violence, taking your questions about domestic violence over Twitter tomorrow, Wednesday, March 2nd, 2016 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
“We really want to expand the conversation about domestic violence,” Det. Sgt. Kerrilee Jones said. “It’s not just a police issue. It’s an ‘all of us’ issue.”
Both Det. Sgt. Jones and Det. Cst. Forcier are part of VicPD’s dedicated Domestic Violence unit, which itself is part of the larger Investigative Services Division. They’ll be taking questions about domestic violence from the public from the @VicPDCanada Twitter account, using the #DVchat hashtag.
