Person of Interest Identified

UPDATE: This young man has turned himself in to the police. Thank you for your help.

Victoria, BC – Officers are asking for your help in identifying a young man who is person of interest in an investigation following a March 17th, 2016 incident. The young man is described as a Caucasian male, aged 19 to 20 years old, standing 6’ 2” to 6’3” tall with dark hair. At the time of the incident he was wearing a green St. Patrick’s Day necklace, a black t-shirt and black pants. A photograph of the man is attached.
