Do you know this Fraud Suspect?

Victoria, BC – VicPD Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in relation to a Fraud that occurred on August 16^th.

Patrol officers attended the 1700-block of Douglas Street after a staff member at a local business stated that a man had defrauded the business out of an undisclosed amount of money.  Staff stated that the man attempted to pay for something, repeatedly swapped currencies, and was very demanding. The man was able to confuse the staff member in a way that he was able to obtain the money.
