Victoria, BC – VicPD investigators are asking for your help in locating missing man Andrew Phillips. Andrew is described as a Caucasian man standing about 5 feet, eight inches tall and weighing 141 pounds. Andrew is 35 years old with brown eyes and brown hair. Two photos of Andrew are attached.
Andrew was last seen October 4th and reported missing to VicPD on October 7th. Officers are searching for him and are concerned for his well-being.
