UPDATE | Missing Senior Located

Victoria, BC – Elsie Habbick, who was the subject of a missing person alert yesterday evening, was located overnight by our sister agency Saanich Police when a concerned citizen spotted her and called 911. She is safe and has been reconnected with her family.
